Mexico is the largest producer of organic coffee. The majority of organic Mexican coffee is grown by small farmers in the southern-most state of Chiapas. This Mexican Coffee is grown in the fertile volcanic soil of the Chiapas region and produced a medium body with a light acidity.

How to Prepare:

  • For the ideal cup of coffee, we recommend using one tablespoon of ground coffee per 6 oz of water. Pro Tip: Use Cold Water.
  • The ideal water temperature for extraction is between 195°F and 205°F.
