The Ramirez Family started this estate in Dominican Republic’s Jarabacoa Region over 60 years ago. The estate uses modern technology to sort beans electronically, and ferments the fruit from the coffee plant to create natural gas which powers his facility in the town of Jarabacoa.
They not only donate books and computers to local schools, but they also employ over 200 Haitians at fair wages, and help them to obtain legal citizenship in the Dominican Republic.

All of our coffees are 100% Premium Arabica coffee and freshly roasted to order.
How to Prepare:
- For the ideal cup of coffee, we recommend using one tablespoon of ground coffee per 6 oz of water. Pro Tip: Use Cold Water.
- The ideal water temperature for extraction is between 195°F and 205°F.
