Our Haiti Blue coffee is shade grown in the blue pine forest. Like the Cameroon Boyo, its origin is from the Jamaica Blue Mountain clippings. It has a smooth, creamy body, low acidity and notes of roasted almonds with a sweet, silky finish.

Description

How to Prepare:
- For the ideal cup of coffee, we recommend using one tablespoon of ground coffee per 6 oz of water. Pro Tip: Use Cold Water.
- The ideal water temperature for extraction is between 195°F and 205°F.
