Description
Crème au caramel is thought to have been first created by French chefs sometime in the 18th century. During the latter half of the 20th century, Crème au caramel became as ubiquitous on the restaurant dessert menus of the world, and there is good reason for this. Crème au caramel is absolutely delectable. It is also very simple to make and consists of only milk, eggs, sugar, and sometimes vanilla. As simple as it may be however, crème au caramel has a very complex medium rich flavor profile. This makes it as natural as a flavoring for the mellow character of Rooibos!
Teas can be brewed a second time.
How to Prepare
- For the ideal cup of tea, we recommend using 1 teabag or heaping teaspoon per 8-12 oz of water.
- We recommend bringing cold water to a boil using the Ideal Brewing Temperature of 212ºF/100ºC. Then steep the tea from 4-7 minutes.
To maintain freshness of the tea, reseal the bag after opening using the zip-seal tab.
